Eleventh Acre is a small botanical farm dedicated to cultivating the highest quality skin care ingredients, each grown and harvested by hand right here in the heart of Central Pennsylvania.

Our journey began many years ago when we rescued eleven acres from developers and their plans to pave over these lovely rolling hills just outside of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. Our vision was to preserve the land, and over time that vision expanded - rooted - into something truly special.

With more than twenty years of experience formulating skin care products, founder Jessica Grill realized this small farm represented a chance to bring her passions for skin care and growing her own raw materials together. 

And with its historic 19th century barn still standing, Jess knew she had plenty of room to continue to develop her unique process of hand harvesting and steam distilling, turning pure raw ingredients into skin care products that sooth, hydrate and restore - naturally.

 And so Eleventh Acre was born.

We’ve focused on bringing this land back to life, supporting its ability to heal itself, to grow and bloom and thrive. And we’ve worked in harmony with it to create products that support your skin’s ability to do the same - to grow, to heal, to maintain a healthy balance as you age.

Our mission is to support your skin and its needs, with products that are as eco-conscious as they are effective. 

 

 

 

For the last several years, we have been perfecting our unique process of hand harvesting and steam distilling all-natural ingredients. And our products prove that the quality and potency of botanicals grown on a small scale, sustainable farm like ours far exceed what can be achieved through machine harvesting or large-scale production. 

 

We work with the land, in rhythm to the passing of the seasons, the sun and the falling rain. We take our time. We care about you, your skin and your unique needs.
